Marine Services commenced operations at Great Yarmouth in 1978
and quickly earned a reputation for reliability and service, particularly
with marine commercial operations such as pilots and the offshore
fishing industry. In addition to many commercial fishing craft
the company has built

three
pilot launches for Gt Yarmouth Pilots, the
new self-righting lifeboat for Caister Volunteer Rescue Service,
two warden/passenger boats for the RSPB and a survey launch for
the Port of Gt Yarmouth. Due to continued expansion, and to enable
it to offer an even wider range of services to its customers, the
company moved to a new purpose built boatyard facility at Burgh
Castle in December 1990. Details of the wide range of services available
are given below:-
