Blades & Co is a long established firm
of over 30 years trading and specialises in the sale of quality brands
of Garden and Estate machinery.
We are appointed Main Dealers for several of the well known brands
of Garden Machinery such as Mountfield, Stihl, Hayter, Lawnflite, Yardman,
Cub Cadet, Alko, Victa, Westwood, etc., and are Official Service Centers
for Briggs & Stratton and Tecumseh engines as well as the Flymo group
and Atco-Qualcast.
We will service and repair most makes of machinery, even if purchased
elsewhere, and can offer a collection and delivery service with our own
van, especially for the larger types of machinery such as Garden Tractors,
We work closely with all the local carrier firms and this enables us to
offer the same type of service to our Island customers.
Our well established Postal Spares Service covers most makes and models
of Garden and Estate Machinery and takes in the whole of the Highlands
and Islands area. We also accept credit card payments by telephone for
all accounts.
We offer a hire service for all types of Garden Machinery and also have
some unusual machines available such as high reach Power Pruner, which
extends to 4 metres and has 10 inch chain saw attachment for taking limbs
off trees. A hedgecutter attachment is also available for this machine.
We have a Turf Cutter, a Chipper/Shredder capable of taking up to 3 inch
branches, petrol Lawn Scarifiers and Pressure Washers which also have
a Patio cleaning attachment.
