  Very poor service. Their rep bragged about being involved in damp prevention for 30 years and knowing everything there is to know. He didnt. The unit didnt cure the condensation and stopped working after about 18 months. Phoned several times and was promised a call back on every occasion to arrange visits to fix the equipment. Never got a call back. Just plain bad manners. Now have a useless unit taking up space in the loft.
