When I raised my concerns and frustration at the extremely tardy service, Sanchia May's first (only) response was to launch a personal attack against me.
Personal insults are unacceptable in a customer service role and certainly no substitute for actually (perish the thought) addressing the customer's concerns.
At the time of writing this, I am still waiting to hear if my goods have even been despatched and I have been offered no explanation for the incessant delay.
I would not use this company again, primarily because of the proprietor's rudeness. The poor service is a second reason.
