tenoned, framed and braced 2" nominal timber cladded with P.T.G

These doors have an advanced design with overhead tensioned springs

All doors are centrally fitted unless otherwise requested. All up and
over doors come in a colour coat finish, suitable for painting.
All timber is treated with a coloured stain/preservative. Except on
the Georgian where the woodwork is painted with a white undercoat.
Concrete bases:
All concrete bases are to be erected on a permanent concrete base. We
recommend that this should of been laid about a week prior to erection
of the garage. It is absolutely necessary for the base to be flat and
level, determined by the use of a large spirit level.
A good concrete mix is 1 part cement, 2 parts sand, 4 parts gravel; your
local readymix firm will tell you the amount required if you give them
the size of your intended base.
Special extra height buildings:
These can be supplied in most garage sizes. 8' panels are used and extra
height up to 10' maximum can be obtained with a timber cladding, or
plastic coated galvanized sheeting, and timber hinged doors or steel
up and over doors (max height 8') can be fitted. The front can be made
with an opening to accommodate roller shutter doors to be fitted by
others.
